Students’ Maintenance Grants’ Consent Form For Under 16 Years Students

Students under the age of 16 at the time of submitting their online application for Stipends and Grants are required to provide the consent from one of their parents or legal guardians.

Students must first submit their online application for Stipends and Grants. Afterwards, they should ask their parent or legal guardian to access and complete the consent form, which must be submitted using the parent or legal guardian’s e-ID.

To submit the form:

  1. Click on ‘Apply’ on the page linked above.
  2. Log in using the parent’s or guardian’s e-ID
  3. The parent’s or guardian’s details will appear automatically.
  4. Enter the student’s full name and student’s ID card number.
  5. Click ‘Submit’ to complete the process.

⚠️ Important:

Failure to provide the required consent form will prevent the application from being processed. In such cases, the student’s online application will be re-opened and returned for completion.
